# Adquirente

Adquirente é a pessoa física ou jurídica (empresa) que atua como cliente em uma operação de consumo, sendo a responsável final pelo pagamento ou contraprestação na compra de um bem ou serviço de um contribuinte da CBS. Caso esse adquirente também seja um contribuinte do tributo, ele passa a ter o direito de receber e aproveitar os créditos fiscais gerados naquela operação.\
\
Em termos práticos e mais simples, é o comprador na relação comercial. Se ele também estiver dentro do sistema da CBS, o imposto pago na compra vira um crédito para abater nos seus próprios impostos futuros.\
\
No Art. 3º, para fins desta Lei Complementar, considera-se adquirente aquele obrigado ao pagamento ou a qualquer outra forma de contraprestação pelo fornecimento de bem ou serviço.
