# AntiDumping
Considera-se prática de dumping a introdução de um bem no mercado doméstico, inclusive sob as modalidades de drawback, a preço de exportação inferior ao valor normal.\
O direito antidumping consiste em um montante igual ou inferior à margem de dumping apurada, cobrado com o fim exclusivo de neutralizar os efeitos danosos das importações objeto de dumping.
