# cBenef

cBenef (Código de Benefício Fiscal)\
Campo da Nota Fiscal Eletrônica (NF-e) utilizado para identificar benefícios fiscais concedidos pela legislação estadual aplicáveis a um item da nota fiscal.\
O preenchimento do cBenef é obrigatório apenas em determinadas operações, conforme a legislação da Unidade Federativa (UF) do emitente e quando a tributação do item estiver vinculada a algum benefício fiscal, como:\
20 - Com redução da base de cálculo\
30 - Isenta ou não tributada e com cobrança do ICMS por substituição tributária\
40 - Isenta\
41 - Não tributada\
51 - Diferimento\
50 - Suspensão\
60 - ICMS cobrado anteriormente por substituição tributária\
70 - Com redução de base de cálculo e cobrança do ICMS por substituição tributária\
Cada estado disponibiliza sua própria tabela de códigos, relacionando o benefício fiscal permitido às situações tributárias (CST/CSOSN) correspondentes. O código informado deve ser compatível com a UF, a operação realizada e a tributação do item. O preenchimento incorreto ou a ausência da informação, quando exigida, pode causar rejeição da NF-e ou penalidades fiscais.\
Observação: Consulte a tabela oficial de códigos de benefício fiscal disponibilizada pela Secretaria da Fazenda (SEFAZ) da UF do estabelecimento emitente da nota fiscal.
