# CLT

Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho - é uma norma legislativa de regulamentação das leis referentes ao Direito do Trabalho e do Direito Processual do Trabalho no Brasil. Constitui o principal instrumento de regulamentação das relações individuais e coletivas do trabalho. Desde a sua criação, sofreu várias alterações no sentido de criar uma legislação trabalhista atualizada, observando todas as necessidades de proteção do trabalhador e defesa dos seus direitos.\
As leis contidas na CLT abrangem tanto o trabalhador urbano quanto o rural. Alguns dos principais assuntos tratados na CLT são: carteira de trabalho, jornada de trabalho e período de férias, proteção do trabalho da mulher, contratos individuais, medicina, justiça e fiscalização do trabalho, entre outros.
