# Conhecimento de Embarque de Exportação

Documento emitido pela companhia transportadora que atesta o recebimento da carga, as condições de transporte e a obrigação de entrega das mercadorias ao destinatário legal, no ponto de destino pré-estabelecido, conferindo a posse das mercadorias.\
É, ao mesmo tempo, um recibo de mercadorias, um contrato de entrega e um documento de propriedade, constituindo assim um título de crédito.\
Este documento recebe denominações de acordo com o meio de transporte utilizado:

* Conhecimento de Embarque Marítimo (Bill of Lading - B/L)
* Conhecimento de Embarque Aéreo (Airway Bill - AWB)
* Conhecimento de Transporte Rodoviário (CRT)
* Conhecimento de Transporte Ferroviário (TIF/DTA)
