# Crédito Presumido
Refere-se a um benefício fiscal que permite o registro de um crédito tributário sem a necessidade de comprovação de recolhimento prévio do imposto nas etapas anteriores.\

Trata-se de uma exceção à regra geral do sistema de não cumulatividade (onde o crédito só é gerado se houver pagamento anterior), criada para incentivar setores específicos ou equilibrar cadeias produtivas.\
\
Na prática, esse crédito é gerado quando uma empresa adquire produtos de um produtor rural pessoa física (não contribuinte da CBS/IBS). Caso o produtor não recolha esses tributos, a empresa compradora ganha o direito de registrar esse crédito presumido no sistema para evitar que o pequeno produtor perca competitividade e mercado frente a fornecedores maiores.
