# CRM

CRM é uma sigla em inglês para a expressão "Customer Relationship Management" que pode ser traduzida como Gestão de Relacionamento com o Cliente.\
Um termo da arte da disciplina de marketing direto de administrar as informações sobre os consumidores para desenvolver significados e ofertas específicas de produtos e serviços centradas no consumidor, oferecendo incentivos motivacionais para estimular a repetição da compra, objetivando aumentar o valor de tempo de vida deste consumidor. Para isto requer um alinhamento entre pessoas, processos e tecnologias.\
O CRM é um antigo conceito de marketing direto, agora enriquecido tecnologicamente e realmente incorporado nas organizações.\
Duas tendências trouxeram o conceito de volta:

1. O crescimento da competitividade global e os avanços tecnológicos que resultaram em poucas diferenças entre os produtos.\
   Antes: foco no produto\
   Agora: foco no consumidor
2. A evolução tecnológica permitiu o aprimoramento na captura e administração de informações.
