# DARF

Documento de Arrecadação de Receitas Federais - documento do Ministério da Fazenda e da Secretaria da Receita Federal. É o boleto utilizado para pagamento de tributos administrados pela Receita Federal do Brasil.\
Existem dois modelos de DARF em vigor desde de 1º de abril de 1997:

* DARF Comum (cor preta) - utilizado para pagamentos de receitas federais pelas pessoas físicas e jurídicas, exceto as optantes pelo SIMPLES NACIONAL.
* DARF Simples (cor verde) - utilizado exclusivamente por pessoas jurídicas, enquadradas como microempresa e empresa de pequeno porte, para pagamento unificado do IRPJ, PIS/PASEP, CSLL, Cofins, IPI, contribuições para a Seguridade Social e, quando houver convênio com estados e municípios, ICMS e ISS.\
  Existe também o DARF judicial, utilizado tanto para recolher custas processuais no âmbito da Justiça Federal de 1º grau como em sede de Recurso Extraordinário ao Supremo Tribunal Federal.
