O Deemed Cost (Custo Atribuído) é uma espécie de reavaliação, que pode aumentar o valor dos bens mas não pode ultrapassar o valor justo, ou diminuir o valor do bem, desde que esteja registrado acima do valor justo.\
O Deemed Cost deve ser aplicado sobre bens que apresentem valor contábil inferior ou superior ao seu valor justo que podem trazer distorções no balanço patrimonial e no resultado.
