# DERE
DERE (Declaração Eletrônica de Regimes Específicos) é uma obrigação acessória complementar instituída no âmbito da Reforma Tributária, de existência digital e transmissão eletrônica periódica. Ela foi desenhada especificamente para segregar, organizar e processar os fatos geradores e as apurações do IBS (Imposto sobre Bens e Serviços) e da CBS (Contribuição sobre Bens e Serviços) que fujam da regra geral de tributação.\

Seu objetivo é permitir que o contribuinte preste contas de forma clara ao fisco sobre operações amparadas por Regimes Específicos de Tributação e serve como a ferramenta de validação para setores que, devido à sua natureza econômica ou modelo operacional, não se enquadram ou não podem aderir integralmente ao princípio padrão da não cumulatividade (crédito e débito regulares).
