# Devoré

*Devoré ou Burnout (tecido etch)* refere-se a um processo químico em que um dos componentes do tecido é destruído. A técnica é proveniente da França, e significa "devorar". Também é conhecido na Europa como *broderie chimique*, por ser utilizado para dar efeito de bordadura mecânica por meio químico. Os ácidos mais utilizados nesta técnica são bissulfato de sódio e ácido sulfúrico.
