# DIPJ

Declaração de Informações Econômico-Fiscal da Pessoa Jurídica - obrigatória para todas as empresas em atividade, com regime de apuração através do Lucro Presumido e não optantes pelo Simples Federal.\
A DIPJ deve ser apresentada em meio magnético, mediante utilização de programa gerador de declaração.\
Todas as pessoas jurídicas, inclusive as equiparadas, sujeitas à prestação das informações da DIPJ devem apresentar esta declaração anualmente, de forma centralizada pela matriz nos prazos fixados.\
A empresa que deixar de apresentar a DIPJ nos prazos fixados ou que a apresentar com incorreções ou omissões, será intimado a apresentar declaração original ou prestar esclarecimentos e sujeitar-se ao pagamento de multas.
