# DPS

A DPS (Declaração de Prestação de Serviços), refere-se ao documento eletrônico preliminar utilizado pelo contribuinte para registrar e transmitir todas as informações necessárias sobre uma prestação de serviço realizada.\

Esse registro serve como uma etapa preparatória essencial, consolidando os dados de identificação das partes envolvidas, a descrição das atividades e os respectivos valores da transação.\
\
É gerada e enviada pelo prestador com o objetivo de obter a autorização e a conversão automática na NFS-e (Nota Fiscal de Serviço Eletrônica), garantindo que os dados sejam validados pela administração tributária em tempo real antes da emissão do documento fiscal oficial.
