# GED (Gerenciador de Documentos)

Funcionalidade voltada à organização, consulta e exportação de documentos eletrônicos recebidos no sistema. O Gerenciador de Documentos centraliza o gerenciamento de arquivos fiscais, permitindo a pesquisa por períodos específicos e a extração compactada dos arquivos organizados em estruturas de pastas padronizadas.\
O GED pode ser acessado via Menu, por meio do programa [Consulta de Arquivos XML (CCGEDGER600)](/modulos/entradas/manuais-de-telas/entradas-gerenciador-de-documentos/consultas-de-arquivos/consulta-de-arquivos-xml.md).<br>

Aplicações e recursos no Consistem ERP:

* Permite a seleção e o gerenciamento de documentos fiscais eletrônicos como NF-e (Nota Fiscal Eletrônica) e CT-e (Conhecimento de Transporte Eletrônico).
* Possibilita filtrar e extrair arquivos com base no intervalo de datas de emissão informados.
* Permite definir a estrutura de pastas na qual os documentos serão organizados ao serem exportados.
* Consolida os documentos selecionados e realiza o download em arquivo de formato compactado para facilitar o armazenamento ou envio à contabilidade/auditoria.
