# IBS

Imposto sobre Bens e Serviços\
É o imposto que substituirá o ICMS e o ISS no sistema tributário brasileiro, conforme a Emenda Constitucional nº 132/2023. Ele incide sobre a circulação de bens, serviços, direitos e bens intangíveis, seguindo o modelo de IVA (Imposto sobre Valor Agregado), com não cumulatividade e cobrança no destino da operação.

* Divisão Federativa: O IBS é arrecadado por Estados, Distrito Federal e Municípios.
* Segregação no ERP: Embora para o contribuinte o imposto seja único, no sistema ele deve ser tratado com a separação das parcelas IBS-UF (Estados/DF) e IBS-Mun (Municípios), permitindo o correto cálculo, registro contábil e repasse ao ente competente.
* Créditos Tributários: Utiliza o sistema de débito e crédito, no qual o imposto pago nas aquisições gera crédito para abatimento do imposto devido nas vendas.
* Transição: Sua implementação será gradual junto com a Cofins e a CBS, com o leiaute de apuração definido pela [Regulamentação da Reforma Tributária](https://www.gov.br/fazenda/pt-br/acesso-a-informacao/acoes-e-programas/reforma-tributaria/regulamentacao-da-reforma-tributaria/lei-geral-do-ibs-da-cbs-e-do-imposto-seletivo).
