# Lead Time

Lead time ou tempo de aprovisionamento ou ainda ciclo, é o período entre o início e o término de uma atividade, produtiva ou não.\
No processo produtivo (Engenharia da Produção) o conceito é definido como: o tempo necessário para um produto percorrer todas as etapas de um processo ou fluxo de valor, do início até o fim.
