# Manual Normativo de Arquivos Digitais - MANAD

O MANAD é um manual onde constam todas as informações necessárias para a geração do arquivo digital que deverá ser apresentado à SRP (Secretaria da Receita Previdenciária) e deverá ser entregue ao AFPS (Auditor Fiscal da Previdência Social).\
As empresas que utilizarem sistema de processamento eletrônico de dados para o registro de negócios, atividades econômicas, escrituração de livros ou produção de documentos de natureza contábil, fiscal, trabalhista e previdenciária devem apresentar os arquivos digitais contendo informações relativas conforme especificação do MANAD.\
O manual que é um anexo das Informações solicitadas pela portaria MPS/SRP Nº 58/2005 estabelece os seguintes arquivos:

Informações Fiscais

* Fornecedores e clientes
* Documentos fiscais
* Comércio exterior
* Relação insumo/produto

Informações Contábeis

* Lançamentos contábeis
* Demonstrações contábeis\
  Informações Patrimoniais
* Controle de estoque e registro de inventário
* Controle patrimonial\
  Informações dos Trabalhadores
* Segurados empregados
* Contribuintes individuais e avulsos
