# MVA

Margem de valor agregado (MVA), também chamada de Índice de valor agregado (IVA) em alguns estados, como em São Paulo, é a porcentagem que as Secretarias de Fazenda dos Governos Estaduais determinam para os produtos ou grupo de produtos com o intuito de calcular o ICMS a ser pago por substituição.
