# PAT
PAT - Programa de Alimentação do Trabalhador\
Foi instituído pela Lei nº 6.321, de 14 de abril de 1976 e regulamentado pelo Decreto nº 5, de 14 de janeiro de 1991, que priorizam o atendimento aos trabalhadores de baixa renda, isto é, aqueles que ganham até cinco salários mínimos mensais.\
Este Programa, estruturado na parceria entre Governo, empresa e trabalhador, tem como unidade gestora a Secretaria de Inspeção do Trabalho / Departamento de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho.
