# Pró-Emprego

O Programa Pró-Emprego foi instituído pela Lei nº 13.992, de 15 de fevereiro de 2007, e regulamentado pelo Decreto nº 105, de 14 de março de 2007. Tem como objetivo a geração de emprego e renda no território catarinense por meio de tratamento tributário diferenciado do ICMS, destinando-se a incentivar empreendimentos considerados de relevante interesse sócio-econômico situados neste Estado ou que nele venham a instalar-se.\
Para efeitos do Programa Pró-Emprego, consideram-se empreendimentos de relevante interesse sócio-econômico aqueles representados por projetos de implantação, expansão, reativação, modernização tecnológica, considerados prioritários ao desenvolvimento econômico, social e tecnológico do estado de Santa Catarina e que resultem em geração ou manutenção de empregos, bem como os que consolidem, incrementem ou facilitem exportações e importações.\
