O pró-labore é uma remuneração destinada ao sócio, tendo como fato gerador, a sua prestação de serviços.\
Diferentemente da Distribuição de lucro, o pró-labore não possui determinação legal.\
Foi criado para que o sócio possa efetuar as contribuições sociais junto ao órgão da Previdência Social.
