# Refis

Recuperação Fiscal do governo federal para pessoas jurídicas - é um programa em que são parceladas dívidas de empresas não financeiras com a Receita (inclusive as inscritas na Dívida Ativa da União) e o INSS. Ao invés de calcular o valor da dívida e dividi-la em determinado número de prestações, a Refis prevê que a empresa recolherá mensalmente um percentual sobre o faturamento.
