# Sinter

O Sinter (Sistema Nacional de Gestão de Informações Territoriais) é uma ferramenta de gestão pública gerida pela Receita Federal que integra, em uma única plataforma digital, as bases de dados cadastradas.\
\
Seu objetivo é consolidar o CIB (Cadastro Imobiliário Brasileiro), conectando cartórios de registro de imóveis, prefeituras, órgãos estaduais e federais. Ao invés de centralizar os cadastros em si, o sistema cruza as informações desses diferentes órgãos para criar uma identidade única e tridimensional para cada propriedade no país.\
\
A implementação e o funcionamento do Sinter geram impactos em diversas frentes como a segurança jurídica e fiscal, eficiência na gestão pública e transparência e integração.
