Os serviços abaixo não são cobertos pelo Suporte Consistem:

* Conferência e/ou conciliação de relatórios;
* Configuração e/ou parametrização de módulos ou funcionalidades legadas (CUPS, CSP, Caracter, ODBC, Coletor Terminal);
* Implementação de novas funcionalidades;
* Treinamento de usuários do sistema;
* Atualização de versão, ambiente ou tratativas de backup da base do cliente;
* Quaisquer intervenções na infraestrutura de TI do cliente;
* Customizações;
* Camada de personalização;
* Falhas provocadas por mau uso ou intervenções indevidas nas estruturas do sistema;
* Suporte a software de terceiros que fazem acesso ao Banco de Dados ou Sistema Operacional.
