A **Clara** é a assistente virtual exclusiva do **Consistem ERP**. Integrada diretamente ao sistema, ela atua como a sua principal aliada para tirar dúvidas, buscar informações de forma rápida e facilitar a sua rotina de trabalho.

#### Veja o que a Clara já é capaz de fazer por você:

* **Entender a sua intenção:** Nos bastidores, a Clara coordena agentes inteligentes e direciona você para a melhor solução automaticamente, seja para aprender uma rotina ou consultar dados.
* **Tirar dúvidas e guiar em processos:** Ela lê e analisa a nossa Central de Ajuda para entregar respostas resumidas e te guiar no passo a passo de funcionamento do sistema.
* **Trazer dados em tempo real:** Consulte informações atualizadas da sua operação, de diversos módulos, em poucos segundos e diretamente na tela do chat.

Para habilitar a Clara em sua operação, certifique-se de que o seu ambiente atende aos seguintes critérios técnicos:

* **Versão do Sistema:** O Consistem ERP e os Componentes devem estar na versão 8.0 ou superior.
* **Banco de Dados:** Compatível com os bancos de dados [InterSystems IRIS®](/tecnologia/erp/requisitos-tecnicos.md#software) e InterSystems Caché®.
* **Licenciamento:** O produto **Consistem Clara** deve estar devidamente contratado em sua licença.
