### Visão Geral

O objetivo deste programa é realizar o cancelamento das seleções para faturamento dos pedidos, originadas através de todos os programas de cadastro de seleção para faturamento.\
Ao realizar o cancelamento, o pedido estará disponível para nova seleção, porém, uma seleção especial para faturamento que não possui pedido, deve ser totalmente refeita.
