O objetivo deste programa é permitir a inclusão e manutenção de servidores LDAP, utilizados para autenticação do usuário.

#### Nome

Informar a descrição do servidor LDAP.

#### URL Autenticação LDAP

Informar a URL (caminho) do servidor LDAP.

#### Domínio Autenticação LDAP

Informar o domínio em que se encontra o servidor LDAP.
