O objetivo deste programa é fornecer informações detalhadas sobre a baixa de uma inspeção ou verificação de manutenção preventiva realizada em uma máquina específica. Permitindo auditar e consultar o histórico de inspeção realizado na máquina.

#### Máquina

Exibe o código e a descrição da máquina na qual a inspeção de verificação foi realizada.

#### Sequência Manutenção

Exibe o número da sequência e a descrição do tipo de manutenção ou inspeção que foi executada.

#### Data Planejada

Exibe a data em que a inspeção de verificação foi planejada para ser realizada.

#### Data Baixa

Exibe a data em que a inspeção foi efetivamente concluída e registrada (baixada) no sistema.

#### Operador Inspeção

Exibe o código e o nome completo do operador que realizou a inspeção.

#### Equipe de Manutenção

Exibe o código e a descrição da equipe responsável pela manutenção e inspeção.

#### Observação

Exibe a descrição da observação registrada.
