Ajustada a configuração no programa **Configuração de Permissão de Perfil e Usuário** (CSWMEN070) para permitir que apenas um administrador cadastre usuários como administradores.

Ajustada essa configuração no **Cadastro de Usuários** (CSMEN050).

Habilitada por padrão a permissão para todos os usuários cadastrarem usuários administradores. Caso sejam incluídos usuários/perfil na configuração (CSWMEN070), serão considerados apenas os usuários cadastrados.
