1. Desabilitado o redimensionamento vertical quando a janela está retraída, evitando que fique transparente.
2. Incluído tamanho mínimo para largura e altura, melhorando a usabilidade e evitando que a janela fique **escondida**.
3. Desabilitado o salvamento da altura ao redimensionar horizontalmente com a janela retraída.

Ajustado o filtro geral do Grid para lidar corretamente com colunas que possuem valores nulos.
